2023:

Track & Field ~ Recorded a time of 14:59.10 in the 5,000-meter at the David Hemery Valentine Invite, hosted at Boston University. This time shattered the program record for the St. John Fisher Cardinals by 30 seconds.

2022:

Track & Field ~ Won the Indoor 5K Empire 8 Championship in the 5K. Qualified for the AARTFC in the 10K. Ran a personal best of 32:30 this season in the 10 meters.

Cross Country ~ Named Empire 8 Championship Runner of the Meet ... Named First-Team All-Conference ... Finished first in the Empire 8 Championship Meet ... Ran a personal best in the 8k with a time of 25:41.6.

2021: 

Track & Field ~Was named Second-Team All-Conference in both the indoor and outdoor seasons for performances in the 5K ... enjoyed his first-career first-place finish in his first-ever race at the Nazareth Mini Invite in the 5K ... qualified for the AARTFC in the 10K and finished 10th with a personal best time of 33:03.29.

Cross Country ~ Named First-Team All-Conference … Finished in sixth place with a personal best time of 26:04.4 in the 8k. 

2020:

Cross Country~ Named the Empire 8 Rookie of the Year and First-Team All-Empire 8 after grabbing the two best finishes of any first year in the conference - both being third place finishes 2021's two races ... had a year-best time of 20:13.9 at the Fisher-Rodenbeck Invite.

High School: Was a four-year member of the cross country program and a three-year member of the track and field team ... Named to the All-Academic Team from 2016-19 ... Tabbed the team's Most Valuable Runner in back-to-back years ... Named the NJ Herald Runner of the Year in 2019 ... Selected as First-Team All-Conference in 2018 and again in 2019 ... Helped lead his team to a Sectional title in 2019.
